These terms govern your use of TraveleSIM. By purchasing or installing an eSIM through TraveleSIM you agree to them.

TraveleSIM resells data bundles provided by an upstream carrier partner. We are responsible for billing, customer support, and the website experience. The underlying network coverage and data delivery are provided by the upstream carrier and its roaming partners.

Refunds are issued when an eSIM cannot be provisioned, when no coverage is available at the declared destination, or where required by Swiss consumer law. Used or partially-used data bundles are non-refundable.

You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible (eSIM-enabled and carrier-unlocked) before purchase. Compatibility guidance on the site is informative, not a guarantee.

We collect only the personal data necessary to operate the service: your email address (for delivery of eSIM activation details), your phone number (when you opt in to SMS delivery), payment metadata processed by Stripe, and basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for fraud and support.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with sub-processors strictly as required to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), our upstream eSIM carrier partner (provisioning), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS), Google (Gemini for the AI concierge), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (order storage).

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@travelesim.app. We respond within 30 days as required by Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR where applicable.

TraveleSIM uses a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies to operate the site: a session cookie set by Vercel, a Stripe Checkout cookie during payment flow, and an order reference held briefly to display your purchase confirmation.

We do not currently use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on this site. If we add analytics in the future you will see a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set.

This website is operated as a service of the entity below. Customers in Switzerland and the EU have the right to know who is responsible for this site under Art. 3 UWG (Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition).
